Angela Hope

Angela Hope has a BA (Hons) in Fashion/Textile design from Manchester and an MA in Marketing from Bristol. Moving to Ireland in 2000, she established the angela hope label.

Limited edition handmade handbags made from Irish, Welsh or English blanket wool or tweeds. Lined in sumptuous velvets or vintage print fabrics and fastened with velvet ribbon ties. Each bag has dried lavender within the lining to combat the stress of everyday life.

Many bags are collaborative pieces with other designers such as the new Hope & Benson range, working with English designer Daniela Benson to produce a unique range of bags, hand embroidered in England and hand finised in Ireland. Weave design from Louise Hardman of Co. Fermanagh, glass clasps from Neasa Murphy of Galway and jewellery clasps from Parisian Designer, Clarisse Wisser.

All bags are handmade in our Co. Leitrim studios and are part of a very limited run.
