My name is Bonita Miller, and I have a passion for feltmaking. I live in the seaside town of Bridlington on the Yorkshire coast with my husband Steve and two beautiful children, Evie and Charlie.

For years I have had creative and interesting hobbies - making jewellery, painting, writing, aromatherapy massage, music, in fact anything I had time to try. I now have the chance to spend time doing something I love as my little children are not so little any more.

My days are filled working with beautiful wools, silk, yarns, beads...with feltmaking the possibilities are endless.  My passion is making everything from individually designed wall hangings, framed artwork, unique handbags, shawls and hats, to smaller items such as flower brooches and bookmarks. I use a combination of wet felting and needle felting, with hand sewn beads to complete the effect I require.  I always enjoy the challenge of making something unique for a client - from a delicate scarf for a wedding, to a tea cosy to match a new kitchen!

I display many of my hand felted items locally and I also enjoy attending craft fairs and events where I can discuss my work and the process of feltmaking with people who may not have come across it before. I currently offer my items for sale on my website and also with the online craft stores, misi, folksy and etsy.
