Selected Makers

John Huddleston

work by John Huddleston

I mainly work in silver using a range of techniques, such as casting and etching, to produce distinctive jewellery and silverware. I design, make and finish almost everything at my workshop in Radley, Oxfordshire such as:

  • Bangles, bookmarks, boxes, brooches, buckles, candlesticks, chains, christening spoons, cufflinks, earrings, napkin rings, necklaces, pendants, paperknives and rings
  • Other invaluable items from silver clothes pegs to silver wishbones
  • In 2009, the silver and golden hazelnuts as featured on BBC’s Autumnwatch, national press and local papers as ‘prizes’ for the Golden Great Nut Hunt.

I enjoy working to commission blending my ideas with the client’s requirements to produce unique items that will be given, used and treasured for decades to come.  See my website Gallery for many examples of my varied range.
