Pruden & Smith

Pruden and Smith occupy a unique place in local history and contemporary design.

Their gallery and workshop on Ditchling crossroads produces and stocks some of the most beautiful & innovative metalwork available in the UK today. Made by the designers themselves in gold, platinum and silver, with stones from all over the world, these wonderful materials are given masterful treatment. Commissions include Chalices for Ely Cathedral, candlesticks for Durham Cathedral and jewellery for Julie Christie. Rebecca Smith and Anton Pruden are Freemen of the Goldsmiths Company.
