Stephen Robinson

It is the design aspect of furniture making that really fascinates me. I'm driven by the need to create something unique and totally original.
My influences stem from modern architecture and construction methods. I endeavour to combine the clean, sharp lines of contemporary design with the quality and skill of traditional craftsmanship.

I have worked with wood for over 15 years and, having struggled with dyslexia, am largely self-taught. This self-reliance has further contributed to the originality of my designs.
