Oatmeal is one of the most nutritious breakfasts. The name of my blog is a diminutive of this word for a reason ???? I've eaten hundreds of oatmeal in my life and tested many flavor combinations. In this post, I share with you my favorite oatmeal recipes.

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 150 ml milk (soya milk in my case)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Favorite fruit
  • Peanut butter / nuts

Pour the milk, maple syrup and oatmeal into a saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add tahini and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly. Set aside for a few minutes, covered, to let the oats swell. Blend the milk with the pumpkin and maple syrup in a pot. Add the cereal, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside to cool covered for a few minutes to cool.
