Oatmeal is one of the most nutritious breakfasts. The name of my blog is a diminutive of this word for a reason ???? I've eaten hundreds of oatmeal in my life and tested many flavor combinations. In this post, I share with you my favorite oatmeal recipes.
Put the oats, chia seeds, cocoa and a pinch of salt into a jar. Add milk and maple syrup. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. In the morning add your favourite fruit and some nut butter or nuts.
Pour the milk, maple syrup and oatmeal into a saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add tahini and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly. Set aside for a few minutes, covered, to let the oats swell. Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite fruit. In my opinion blueberries, raspberries and strawberries go best.
Boil the cereal in milk for a few minutes. Add a pinch of salt, maple syrup and chocolate. In the meantime, take the seeds out of the plums and dice them, then add to the pan and sprinkle with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook the plums, covered, until they are soft. Put oatmeal into a bowl, add prunes and decorate with nuts.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the oatmeal. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the mashed banana and a pinch of salt. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add your favorite fruit and peanut butter or nuts.
Blend the milk with the pumpkin and maple syrup in a pot. Add the cereal, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside to cool covered for a few minutes to cool. Pour into a bowl and add fruit. In my opinion, raspberries or blueberries are perfect here and a teaspoon of peanut butter is a must.
Put the oats, soy drink, maple syrup and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add grated zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes. If you like your porridge thicker, leave it in the saucepan, covered, for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish with fruit and peanut butter.
In a saucepan put oatmeal, coarsely grated carrots, soy beverage, maple syrup and spices. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. If you like your oatmeal thicker, leave it in the saucepan, covered, for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with orange and nuts.
Boil the cereal in milk for a few minutes. Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon. In the meantime, dice the pear and apple. Put into a pan, add 2 tablespoons of water, 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar, a teaspoon of cinnamon and stew until the water evaporates. Put the oatmeal into a bowl, add apples and pears, and decorate. Roasted flaked almonds are a perfect match.
